Comment ça va?/Ça va? (how are you/how’s it going?)

Ça va/Ça va bien (I’m okay/fine)   Très bien merci (very well thanks)

Je suis fatigué/fatiguée (I’m tired)     

 

Topic 1: All about me

Children will learn/revise how to understand and answer 2 questions about themselves.

Comment tu t'appelles? (What's your name?)  

Quel âge as-tu? (How old are you?)

Je m'appelle ... (My name is ...)

J'ai 4/5/6/7 ans (I'm 4/5/6/7 years old)  

 

Topic 2: Le corps (The body)

la tête (The head)   la bouche (the mouth)   le pied (the foot)

le bras (the arm)    la main (the hand)    les mains (the hands)

les yeux (the eyes)     Ouvrez les yeux (Open your eyes)

Fermez les yeux (Shut your eyes)

Levez la main (Put your hand up)

 

Topic 3: Noel

Pere Noël (Father Christmas)   le cadeau (the present)

le renne (the reindeer)   le sapin (the Christmas tree)  

A Noël... (At Christmas ...)

Je chante (I sing)   Je danse (I dance)   Je joue (I play)   

Je mange (I eat)   J'ouvre mes cadeaux (I open my presents)

Une part de bûche de Noël s'il vous plaît (a slice of chocolate Yule log, please)

Joyeux Noël (Merry Christmas)   Bon appétit (Enjoy your food)
